You can apply for the programme from late December until early March.
We welcome applicants from women at whatever stage of their career who are looking for support to progress and develop.
To apply to be a mentee please complete the form below, we’ll then review your application and be in touch as soon as possible.

Mentee Criteria
Are you:
- A business professional or entrepreneur working in the events, travel or hospitality industry?
- Able to commit to the programme for one year?*
- Able to meet/have an in-person or virtual conversation with a mentor for at least two hours a month?
- Able to attend three FF15 events held in London for a full or half day each during working hours?
- Happy to pay your own expenses eg: travel to and from mentoring meetings and events, which will predominantly be held in London?
- If successful, agree to only particpate in FF15 during the programme and not participate in any other mentoring initiative.
- Keen to actively participate in our online community, forums and events?
- Fluent in English?
- 20 years or older?
- Ready to build your brand and take opportunities like stepping on stage or talking to industry press?
- Committed to organising the FF15 Mentoring Awards? (working in a team environment as a cohort, challenged to raise money for the Fast Forward 15 programme)
Please note, successful candidates are required to contribute £179 towards course materials.
*Leaving the programme will incur an administration cost to cover the training received, unless the resignation is due to medical reasons.
